Students and parents may experience a range of problems and difficulties. This is normal. Any problem should firstly be taken to the International Director or to Guidance staff – International Director (email: l.malaugh@kbhs.school.nz).
The School adheres to the New Zealand Code of Practice. An appeal authority operates through the Ministry of Education and students are advised and given a copy of procedures at orientation (email: info.ieaa@minedu.govt.nz).
All students are given a copy of their Tuition Agreement at orientation. The School welcomes direct communication from parents via phone, email, letter or visits. The School will communicate with parents via letters and newsletters on a regular basis. The website will also contain up to date information.
