New Zealand's largest city isn't easily defined by a single experience because it has such variety to offer.
One minute you could be standing on a bustling city street, the next you can be exploring one of the harbour's islands, on a boat dolphin watching or walking through native forest. The city centre and its fringes are full of exciting places to eat, shop, watch a show or just explore.
To the west of the school are the magnificent bush clad Waitakere Rangers and the open wild beaches of the West Coast.
We are located in Auckland, the city most New Zealanders choose to live and the fourth best city in the world to live in (April 2009). Kelston Boys High School is central west, close to bus, rail links and motorway off ramps. West Auckland prides itself of being an Eco-City. This is a microcosm of New Zealand with it's clean green and safe environment.
